Shipping Conditions

Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Spain.

Shipping Costs

Deliveries within Germany

We do not charge any shipping costs for deliveries within Germany. Delivery is free of charge.

International Deliveries

For deliveries to other EU countries, shipping costs are weight-dependent and are calculated automatically during the ordering process and displayed before the order is placed.

Digital Gift Vouchers

No shipping costs are charged for the provision of digital gift vouchers.

Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes place within 1 to 3 business days, and for international deliveries within 2 to 8 business days after conclusion of the contract (or, in the case of agreed advance payment, after the date of your payment instruction).

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in a single consignment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery period that you have ordered.

Information in Accordance with the German Packaging Act

In accordance with Section 15 (1) Sentence 1 of the German Packaging Act (VerpackG), we are obliged to take back the following packaging materials from end consumers free of charge:

  • Transport packaging, such as pallets, bulk packaging, etc.,
  • Sales and secondary packaging that typically do not become waste at private end consumers after use,
  • Sales and secondary packaging for which participation in a packaging compliance scheme is not possible due to system incompatibility pursuant to Section 7 (5) VerpackG,
  • Sales packaging containing hazardous substances,
  • Reusable packaging.

Appropriate packaging materials are used when delivering the product, which we take back free of charge in accordance with statutory provisions. This ensures that the packaging materials are returned to the recycling cycle. By providing information about return options, better results can be achieved in the recovery of packaging materials and a contribution can be made to meeting the European recycling targets under EU Directive 94/62/EC.

As an end consumer, you may return the packaging materials at the place of actual handover or in its immediate vicinity.
